FOLLOW-UP
Our personalized approach continues until we find the right property for you. For those clients who want to be in the forefront of the search process, we use automatic e-mail notification of new and reduced listings. This technology allows both of us to watch for market changes and keep each other informed of important developments.

CLOSING THE ESCROW
Escrows do not close themselves! Our professional Realtors® work long hours in the daily tracking and monitoring as well as the organization and coordination of all of the integral parts of the transaction. This includes everything from the initial inspections, appraisal, and numerous legal disclosures to the transfer of title. Timing is critical to meet these deadlines.
